To send account activation and password reset links via WhatsApp and email
To generate and deliver maintenance bills and receipts
To manage visitor access and gate security
To send society notices, alerts, and community updates
To provide administrative reporting to society management

4. WhatsApp Messaging

We use the WhatsApp Business API (Meta) to send transactional messages including account activation links, payment reminders, and security alerts. By registering on our platform, you consent to receive such messages on your registered mobile number.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except:

Your society's management committee (for administrative purposes)
Service providers necessary to operate the platform (e.g. WhatsApp Business API, email delivery)
When required by law or government authority

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required by applicable Indian law. Financial records are retained for a minimum of 7 years as required under the Companies Act and GST regulations.
