1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Nesto platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Nesto is a society management platform that provides tools for resident management, maintenance billing, visitor management, complaint tracking, and community communication for housing societies in India.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
Notify your society administrator immediately of any unauthorized account access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Post offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content in community areas
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
Interfere with the normal operation of the platform

5. WhatsApp Communications

By registering your mobile number, you consent to receive transactional WhatsApp messages including account activation links, billing notifications, visitor alerts, and security notifications. You may opt out of non-essential communications by contacting your society administrator.

6. Payments and Billing

Maintenance charges and other society dues generated through the platform are governed by your housing society's bylaws and resolutions. Nesto facilitates billing and record-keeping but is not responsible for the underlying financial obligations between residents and their society.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nesto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by your society for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Your society administrator may deactivate your account when you cease to be a resident of the society.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
